Thor

Thor and Quill had agreed to a drink competition back in June (or was it July? Thor can't quite remember now), but by happenstance, the portal opened and both were in separate parts of Europe on the day they had agreed to commence the challenge. Thor had reached out to Quill and they rescheduled their postponed drinking competition for tonight.

Thor pregamed before he showed up at the bar, and he was only just now beginning to feel a buzz. He stood behind the bar, making drinks for the both of them. The choice was deliberate; he started serving Quill watered-down beers about an hour in. It was three hours into their little competition in which the two of them had shared many, many stories that Thor finally asked him.

"So what happened after you left Knowhere?" he asks, twirling a finger idly. "You ended up on Titan, right? And Thanos showed up? And you had this plan? How did you -- how did you know that Thanos was going to be there?"

Thor knocks back another drink before Quill can give him an answer.
