All at once, Thor feels much like he did when they were fighting Ultron and the Hulk suddenly struck him out of completely nowhere. Tony's words strike him hard and he's thrown off-balance. He knows exactly what Tony's giving up and he doesn't ever want him to ever have to give up anything, because --
